We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Most domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Your order ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on weight, destination, and service level. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $200. Orders under $200 incur a flat or calculated shipping fee based on your location and chosen delivery method. All shipping costs are displayed before checkout. We ship to most addresses in the continental United States. International shipping to select countries is available; customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes. Packages are insured through our carrier. If your order arrives damaged or lost, contact us within 48 hours with photos or evidence for a full replacement or refund. Delivery timeframes may extend during holidays, peak seasons, or severe weather. Expedited services are not guaranteed during high-volume periods.
